Campus Pack 4.4 User Guide

Campus Pack users can invite an individual person to share any of their Campus Pack sites using only that person's email address. Individuals can be invited to View or Author a site. 

After clicking the Invite a Person via Email button, enter the email address of the person you would like to invite into your site. Invitations can be sent with Viewer or Author permissions.

Note: Your system administrator can disable the ability to share sites with people who do not have a login to the system. If this is done, the person with whom you share your site will be required to login to the system in order to access your site. In this case, a note will be displayed in this section to indicate that sharing with external users has been disabled.
