User privileges for all sites and spaces are managed with the Sharing option and from the Permissions screen. This is where a site or space manager or other individual with privileges can determine who can view the site, as well as which users have permissions to edit, comment, tag, and/or manage the site.

Permissions can be set for Viewers and Authors of a site. Authors can create, edit and delete entries in a site they have permission to edit. There are also options for creating Custom Roles. Time limitations or constraints on the permissions can be set using the Date Restrictions as appropriate.
